Since getting back from France I've been suffering from withdrawal symptoms.
I think I need to move there.
Quite badly.
I've had the notion since I was pretty little (my uncle lives in Paris, with his French wife and their two daughters), but I guess I never really took it seriously.
Until I got over there, and I saw the country from a whole new perspective now that I was without parents telling me what to do or where to go, and it hit me just how wonderful it would be to speak the language every day and live off French baguettes.
So I think I might apply to universities over there when the time comes. I think my French is just about good enough, and I just need it so bad...

I'm back from France! I had an amazing time, I've come back with a lovely tan and a bit of a fetish for the French language. The picture's of the 14 July celebrations in Toulouse's city centre, unfortunately not taken by me as I left my camera in the flat.

The summer holidays officially start tomorrow at 12:30pm. I can't wait to get away from school!
